Order Process:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required before work begins. This deposit covers initial design and concept development. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance of the quote.

Design Phase: Our artists will create preliminary sketches or digital mock-ups based on the discussed ideas. You will receive these for review and feedback. We will make necessary adjustments based on your input to ensure the final artwork aligns with your vision.

Finalization: Once the design is approved, we will proceed with the creation of the final watercolor artwork. Please note that minor changes can still be accommodated at this stage, but significant alterations may incur additional charges.

Balance Payment: Upon completion of the artwork, we will provide high-resolution images for your final approval. The remaining balance of the total quoted price, including any additional charges, is due before the artwork is shipped or delivered.
Artwork Delivery:

Packaging and Shipping: Your custom watercolor artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure its safe delivery. We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping costs will be outlined in the quote.

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your order after the deposit is made, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Any additional costs incurred during the design process will be communicated, and these charges may apply.

Cancellation by Studio: In the rare event that Ana Cecilia Mannaert Studio is unable to complete your custom watercolor order, we will issue a full refund of the deposit.
Intellectual Property:
Ana Cecilia Mannaert Studio retains the copyright to all custom watercolor artworks created. The artwork may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
