Returns & Exchange Policy

As such, our products and digital downloads are often tailored to specific requests, making them non-returnable and non-refundable. 1. Non-Returnable Nature: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products and digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. This includes both physical products and digital items that are downloaded from our platform.

2. Order Confirmation: We encourage customers to review all order details, including size, color, text, and other customization options, before placing an order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes cannot be made to the product or digital download.

3. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product or digital download. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement item or a credit towards a future purchase.

4. Digital Downloads: Digital downloads, including but not limited to printables, artwork, and digital designs, are also non-returnable due to their nature. If you encounter any technical issues with downloading or accessing your digital item, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

5. Cancellation Policy: Orders for custom products and digital downloads cannot be canceled once they are placed, as we immediately begin the production process to ensure timely delivery.

6. Communication: We encourage open communication throughout the ordering process. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, customization options, or delivery, please feel free to contact us before finalizing your purchase. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth experience.

7. Exceptional Circumstances: In truly exceptional cases, where there is an issue on our end that prevents us from fulfilling your order as agreed, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include offering a store credit or a replacement item.

8. Shipping: Shipping costs for replacement items due to damage or defects will be covered by Ana Cecilia Mannaert Studio. However, standard shipping charges for initial purchases are non-refundable.

9. Personal Information: Please note that any personal information provided for customization purposes will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
